New Door-to-Door Online RMA Service for Philippines Residents Starting January 5th, 2026

In our ongoing commitment to providing reliable and high–quality service in the Philippines, Garmin will introduce a new Door–to–Door Online RMA Service beginning January 5th, 2026.
This enhancement is part of our effort to deliver a seamless, end–to–end customer experience. Alongside the new RMA process, Garmin will also launch a dedicated Call Center to support all genuine Garmin consumer products in the Philippines.
Important RMA Transition Date
The final date for Customer Faulty Unit Acceptance under the previous process is December 23rd, 2025.
Customers must ensure their faulty units are submitted by this date.
