To address these challenges, Garmin Health officially launched its first research grant specific to Asia on February 2, in collaboration with Fitrockr. The "Asia Research Grant 2026" invites researchers-including postgraduates, Ph.D. candidates, and senior scholars-across 11 key Asian markets to apply by March 31, 2026, providing the professional tools needed to bridge the gap between consumer wearables and scientific discovery.
